Foneo Meetings provides accessibility tools including Closed Caption.
Once you start a meeting or webinar, you will see the closed caption button at the bottom of the Foneo Meetings panel. This feature is seen only by the meeting host.
Click here to start using closed caption. Choose to type the captions yourself or open the participant list to assign. Float your mouse over the correct name. Click the more menu and assign to type closed captions.
Once control is assigned, that participant can click their CC button to see the entry field.
This window can be moved around on the screen.
Simply type in the bottom of the field and press ENTER to submit.Save the closed caption history as a text document. Other meeting participants can see closed caption text by clicking the CC icon on the Foneo panel.
The captions will show at the bottom-middle of the screen whether you are sharing screen content or
webcams.Click to expand and scroll through or save the text history.
Locate the Foneo software settings and view the accessibility tab to adjust the size of the closed caption font that you will see on your computer. You will also find a list of keyboard shortcuts here.
