If you encounter a black screen during your screen share meeting, it could be caused by automatically switching graphic card (such as an Nvidia card).
Please do the following steps:
- Open Nvidia Control Panel in the Windows Control Panel
- Switch to the following panel
- Under "Select a program to customize:" add Cpthost.exe from the Foneo bin directory.
- Select Integrated graphics, then apply the changes.
- Try screen sharing again with Foneo.
